RUSSELL Crowe has a huge rap on Mick Ennis and his commentating skills on Fox Sports.

They bumped into each other at Triple M during the week before Crowe appeared on air with Merrick Watts.

“I gave Mick a very positive critique of how he’s coming across on TV at the moment,” Crowe said.

“He’s doing a really good job. His opinions are nice and clear and he’ll go on his own line rather than going with the group. He’s very good.”

It’s the moment when the Burgess brothers put the Gladiator to the sword.

The South Sydney forwards, older brother Sam and twins George and Tom, were captured in the first of a series of funny commercials “Who’s in the Car?” for insurance company, Youi.

Pinching an idea from US comedian Jerry Seinfeld’s ‘Comedians in cars getting coffee”, the Burgess brothers are picked up by stand-up Aussie comedian Katie Burch who asks some tough questions.

The movie star’s video production company, South Sydney Media, has filmed an emotional television advertisement aimed at driving the club through the historic 35,000 membership barrier.

Star forward Sam Burgess’ decision to return to the South Sydney Rabbitohs after playing rugby union in England was sparked by the 2015 NRL Grand Final, CEO John Lee has revealed.

The Rabbitohs yesterday confirmed Burgess was rejoining the team, undoing a code switch he made after helping to secure a drought-breaking grand final win last year.
